Elyan Rosenbaum, LMHC, NCC

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I specialize in working with women feeling overwhelmed by relationship issues, parenting challenges, devastating loss, or traumatic events. I use a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic approach that is informed by cutting edge and deeply transformative interventions.

Working together, you’ll learn strategies to unburden from shame or grief, feel supported as you gain insight and control, develop healthier relationships with the people in your life, and finally feel like you can breathe again!

More About Me

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Saint Joseph, where I was the recipient of the Faculty Award for Excellence in Counseling. I am also recognized as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), having achieved high national standards for the practice of counseling.

I’m grateful to work with women of all ages and backgrounds, supporting them on their healing journey and helping them find peace, clarity, and balance. Being part of that process is a true honor! I also really enjoy working with fellow therapists who want to deepen their own personal and professional growth.

In addition to CBT, DBT, and other psychodynamic approaches, my advanced training in specialized therapies like IFS, EMDR, and EMDR 2.0 (enhanced version for CPTSD), quickly empowers my clients with profound inner peace and self-awareness. I speak from both my personal and professional experience when I say that this work is truly life changing!

Being a spouse, mom, and obviously human myself, I get how messy life can feel. I don’t pretend to know your pain; I do know that with the right support you will heal. I invite you to reach out to schedule a free consultation to see how I can best support you. We can do this together!
